Pre-arrival COVID Documents

Fully vaccinated resident or commuter students, arriving on campus, are not required to provide pre-arrival testing results.

Resident students with approved medical or religious exemption are required to provide proof of a negative PCR test, taken within 72 hours prior to coming to campus. You can submit this test by going to and logging in with your University NetID and following the instructions to upload a photo of your test result. We also recommend you bring with you a copy of the results. You will not be able to check into your residence hall until the results have been submitted.
