BLAINE, TANIS, DiBENEDETTO EARN SPOTS ON IWLCA ALL-REGION TEAM

Montclair, NJ (5/29/08) – Seniors Bethany Blaine (right) and Jennifer Tanis and junior Marykate DiBenedetto (right) each earned spot on the IWLCA Boardwalk All-Region Team. Blaine and Tanis were selected to the First Team while DiBenedetto was chosen to the Second Team.

RED HAWKS FALL TO ROWAN IN OPENING ROUND OF NCAA TOURNAMENT

Glassboro, NJ (5/7/08) – The Montclair State women's lacrose team saw its season come to an end on Wednesday as the Red Hawks fell to Rowan University 17-6 in the opening round of the 2008 NCAA Division III Women's Lacrosse Championship. Junior Marykate DiBenedetto (right) had a goal and two assists for MSU, which was making its second consecutive NCAA appearance finished the season at 9-8.
