Montclair State University celebrates the rich heritage and history of Black Americans by honoring and recognizing the many accomplishments that African Americans and people of African descent have made to the nation and the world.
We are New Jersey’s second largest university with an enrollment of 21,000 – a majority of whom are minority students – that for more than 110 years has dedicated itself to serving the higher education needs of our state.
