It's ok though, we are here to help! The Office of Health Promotion, alongside other campus partners, once again is hosting De-Stress for Finals Week! Finals can be a very stressful time, so it’s important you are able to optimally prepare yourself for this time of year. The best way is to give yourself a break! Come de-stress with us by taking part in events guaranteed to help you relax.
