Giuseppe Ceraudo is an associate professor in the Department of Cultural Heritage at the University of Salento in Lecce, Italy. He has extensive experience as a field archaeologist and he is the director of the excavation of the ancient town of Aquinum in central Italy. His research focuses especially on the use of aerial photography, and he has published widely.
