Steve Herz, the founder of IF Management, will share the keys to a successful career in the broadcast industry. IF's broadcasting division is one of the largest in the world, representing over 200 television and radio personalities who work everywhere from CNN to ESPN. Register here.

Steve Herz was living a life in the early 1990s that most would judge to be a successful one. Steve received a degree in political science from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, and began working as a commercial litigation attorney.

But Steve wasn’t happy. He knew through his time arguing in a courtroom and advocating on behalf of others that his true calling was to help people become more effective communicators. So he walked away from his comfortable job and took a leap of faith to start IF Management, inspired by Rudyard Kipling’s poem IF.

20 years later, that little company is an industry powerhouse. IF Management has a variety of divisions that all serve the same purpose—coaching and motivating others to become the best version of themselves. IF’s broadcasting division has grown to be one of the largest in the world, representing over 200 television and radio personalities that work everywhere from CNN to ESPN. IF’s consulting division represents emerging technology companies that are on the precipice of changing their respective industries. And IF Management’s AWE Inspiring Communications division has changed lives of everyone from CEOs, lawyers, entrepreneurs, & more by teaching them best practices for effective communication.

Steve’s ultimate goal remains the same—use his motivational message & unique skillset to aid others. Just as a great point guard in basketball prefers to get his teammate an open shot, Steve wakes up every day excited to make a difference in the lives of others.
