Muninder Kaur Ahluwalia, Ph.D. is a chair and professor in the Department of Counseling at Montclair State University.

Specialization

Research, teaching, and pedagogical interests include multicultural counseling, social justice, intersecting identity development, racism and discrimination, and methodological issues in qualitative research. Dr. Ahluwalia works with the Sikh community to better understand the strengths, challenges, and individual and community coping mechanisms.
