Dr. Ayari is a scholar of multilingualism, teacher education, and educational leadership, whose work examines how language, culture, and pedagogy shape equitable teaching and learning in diverse educational contexts. Her research and practice are grounded in an interdisciplinary, equity-driven approach that positions multilingualism as a critical resource for teaching, learning, and leadership development. Dr. Ayari’s work advances teacher development and leadership through community-engaged, practice-based initiatives that bridge higher education and K–12 settings. She focuses on designing and sustaining models of professional learning that support educators and strengthen instructional practice and leadership pathways, particularly in multilingual and historically underserved communities.
