My primary focus is on academic personnel services for faculty, librarians and teaching faculty. Additionally, I participate in conversations, negotiations and labor relations matters as one of the primary representatives for the administration, and serve as the point of contact for Academic Affairs on contractual matters and processes.

Specialization

Manage processes for faculty, teaching faculty, librarians and adjuncts. Point of contact for all initial inquiries regarding faculty personnel actions, including institutional policies and contracts. Serves as liaison to units campus-wide.
