My work focuses on cross-institutional efforts that connect strategy, execution, non-academic assessment and institutional effectiveness, with an emphasis on integrating academic, administrative, and data-informed decision-making. This work also includes supporting decision-making through effective use of data and tools, including serving as Executive Sponsor for Workday Student within Academic Affairs and as a Co-PI on the Sloan grant, with an overall emphasis on shared accountability and student success.
