Dr. Jinxia He is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Leadership at Montclair State University. Her research focuses on AI in education, educational technology and leadership development. As a scholar of educational technology leadership, she explores how emerging technologies, particularly Generative AI are reshaping learning processes, decision-making, and critical thinking across both K–12 and higher education contexts. Her work employs both qualitative and quantitative methodologies to examine how learners and educators engage with Generative AI, and to develop strategies that improve students' AI literacy and promote responsible AI use in educational settings. Her research has been published in peer-reviewed journals, such as the Journal of Research on Technology in Education, Journal of Interactive Learning Research, and Journal of Educational Multimedia and Hypermedia. One of her articles received the Top Paper Award from the National Communication Association (NCA) Experiential Learning Division.
