Seth comes to Montclair State University from Western Kentucky University where he was most recently a Full-time Instructor of Fashion Design and Merchandising and was the recipient of the 2023-2024 University Excellence in Teaching award.

Prior to joining the world of academia in 2020, Seth enjoyed a robust, 20-year career in the fashion industry. Today, he utilizes his network of industry professionals to enhance his students’ learning experiences and to directly connect them with leaders in the industry.

Seth received his MBA from Western Kentucky University, a Master’s in Global Fashion Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s of Fine Art in Fashion Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
