Randy Mugleston is the Deputy Chair for the Department of Theatre and Dance at Montclair State University. He has an undergraduate degree from Utah State University and a Graduate Degree in Theatre Technology from Indiana State University. Randy has both professional and educational experience designing sets and lights and building sets for numerous spaces in New Jersey and NYC as well designing lights for Off Broadway productions. Randy has worked as a Technical Director and Designer for the Playmill Theatre in West Yellowstone, Montana; Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah; and was the Producer for the Pink Garter Theatre in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. He has worked as the Technical Director, Sound Designer and Lighting Designer for the Lyric Repertory in Logan, UT. He and his wife Mysti are the parents of five active children.
