Kristen Panagiotou is an experienced public school educator who has taught in both urban and suburban settings. Her experience includes work in a public preschool expansion program where she lead three year old and four year old classrooms. After leaving the classroom, she served as the Preschool Intervention and Referral Specialist and achieved Teaching Pyramid Observation Tool reliability. She has also worked as an early childhood education specialist providing technical assistance and staff development. Currently at CREEHS, she works with the Grow NJ Kids team.

Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in elementary education from Rutgers University, New Brunswick and a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Teaching from Teachers College, Columbia University.
