Through her leadership, BMO provides a working and learning environment that helps students meet their academic objectives and professional goals upon graduation. Piroh helped to create the framework by which revenue is generated, through third-party clients, providing facilities and skilled manpower. In addition, side-by-side working relationships with broadcast professionals, partners and clients are developed, which enrich the College of Communication and Media students’ learning experiences. Clients include Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Paramount, and Google.

Until March 2019, she was the Associate Director of Broadcast and Media Operations. Prior to that, she was producer for the Department of Broadcasting. She co-produced a documentary, A Ripple in the Water: Healing Through Art, which was recognized in over 10 international and national film festivals, and has aired on PBS across the U.S. For eighteen years she was the series producer for Carpe Diem, an award-winning magazine format program that aired throughout New Jersey, producing over 600 half hour programs. She was also the coordinating producer for programming appearing on NJN Public Television, including two health series: Tomorrow's Medicine Today and Take Care with Dr. Max Gomez. She's produced a series of vignettes about artists entitled: Italy: A Sense of Place, and Your Worst Nightmare, a video about violence in high schools.
