Bio
I am a Teaching Assistant Professor and Coordinator of INFO173 in Information Management and Business Analytics at Montclair State University and the the owner of R&E Analytics. With over a decade of experience in higher education and consulting, I have taught economics, data analysis, spreadsheet analysis and business analytics at institutions including Montclair State, Drew University, and the County College of Morris. Through R&E Analytics, I have worked with organizations such as PSE&G, Falcon Jets, and Habitat for Humanity, helping professionals and companies leverage Excel and advanced data tools for decision-making and getting Excel Certified. I hold an M.A. in Economics from Eastern Michigan University and a B.S. in Management and Economics from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

- Work in Progress - Innovations in the Undergraduate Spreadsheet Modeling Course -<br>FOCUS:<br>Montclair State University’s Spreadsheet Modeling course (INFO 173) evolved from a general Microsoft Office course to focus exclusively on Excel, covering both basic to medium level skills required for all business majors, the course transitioned from large lectures with breakout labs to a fully asynchronous online format by Spring 2020. Then in 2022, Its main focus was to decrease high DFW rates (~30%) which prompted the department to re-design the course, hire a lead faculty member with Excel Expertise leading, managing teaching Graduate assistant to monitor student progress, support student success, including preparation for the MS-Excel certification exam. The process is thoroughly explained in a step-by-step manner, detailing each stage from initiation to completion, and is accompanied by a clear and comprehensive presentation of the resulting outcomes and findings
