Biography of Mr. Cesar Estela

Attorney Estela was born in Lima, Peru. He was raised by his grandparents in Mexico while his parents worked throughout the United States in the circus. Attorney Estela is a proud Newark, NJ native. He first began working for an immigration law firm in 1999 at the age of 15 in downtown Newark. On August 1, 2010, he opened his own law practice specializing in immigration law. His practice covers consular processing at various consular offices, USCIS benefit applications at local field offices, special immigrant juvenile custody cases in family court, and removal proceedings before EOIR. Attorney Estela dedicates 10% of his practice to pro bono work. He regularly handles cases for KIND (Kids in Need of Defense), American Friends Service Committee, Catholic Charities, the Seton Hall Law Clinic, and other non-profit organizations.
