Studies suggest that practicing mindfulness and meditation can help to manage stress, and reduce anxiety and depression while increasing relaxation, clarity of mind, and tranquility. This workshop will introduce a few apps that could help you cultivate a greater sense of peace and balance, benefiting both your emotional well-being and your overall health, as well as helping to overcome the most stressful midterm/finals weeks. The session will conclude with a short 5-10 minute guided meditation. REGISTER
