The IACUC stands for Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee. The IACUC Committee here at Montclair State University monitors and oversees the care and use of animals in research and teaching.
We will answer the following questions:
- What types of animal research are ongoing here at MSU and the scientific impact?
- What is the IACUC responsible for?
- If I am considering animal research or field research on vertebrate animals where do I start? What can I expect with the IACUC review process?
For those who might be interested in seeing our animal research facilities we will offer guided tours following the workshop. Registration is required if you would like to participate in the tours. Please register here.
