UH 1070 as part of Prof Lisa's class beginning at 5:30pm

We are privileged to have the Thought Coaches from Thought in Motion of Montclair on campus to present an important and effective set of strategies to

- empower students to matriculate and graduate

- make better choices, stay focused, and develop discipline

- overcome doubts, frustration, and negative thoughts

- destress to make success a reachable reality

- set goals and get to them sooner

- stick with a plan to get to a desired result

Prof Lisa of the Dept of Religious Studies at Montclair State University always includes an inspiring lecture on student success in her Religion 100 class. Students have reported an improved mindset and increase in motivation after hearing the presentation by the Thought Coaches from Thought in Motion.

One could say this talk is a way to practically apply the mindfulness aspects of the eastern philosophies and indigenous religions.

Prof Lisa will make the opening remarks and will show the viral video of Jim Carrey's graduation speech at the Maharishi University of Management before welcoming Thought in Motion.
