In his role, Tim is responsible for the overall strategy of the brand in the United States.  Tim first joined L’Oréal USA in November 2015 as Deputy General Manager of L’Oréal Paris. During his tenure, he has guided the vision to build new capabilities especially in digital and consumer connectivity to leverage the unique power of the L’Oreal Paris brand in this new beauty environment.  

He began his career at L’Oréal Canada in 2004 and held several positions around the world with the L’Oréal organization including Global Marketing in Paris, General Manager of Garnier/Maybelline/Essie in the UK & Ireland and General Manager of Consumer Products in South Asia Pacific. Prior to his long-standing career with L'Oreal, Tim held both Marketing and Sales positions at Unilever. 

Tim holds a Bachelor of Commerce in business from Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada. He currently resides in Brooklyn with his wife, Ashlynne, and their two children, Fynn and Gray.
