Russ Romeo has been with Dunkin Donuts since 1994. In 2016, Russ became the brand’s Senior Director of Integrated Marketing. In 2014, he was selected as one of the company’s “Top 10% High Performer. Russ progressively promoted the iconic Fortune 500 company, helping propel it to the Number One position for customer loyalty in the coffee segment. During his recent tenure, he led marketing efforts for 3,500+ stores, in 50 Designated Marketing Areas with $3.5 billion in sales. He oversees a $55 million annual marketing budget, supervises 12 executives, and provides marketing leadership to 500+ franchisee organizations. Russ also develops annual strategic plans, forecasts budgets, establishes Key Performance Indicators, hires / supervises staff, rolls out strategic initiatives, oversees new product testing, leads new product launches, and expands menu offerings.
