Emotional Intelligence for College Students (Campus to Career credit)
If you knew there was a skill that could result in you being paid an average of $30,000 more per year regardless of industry, you’d likely want to learn that skill, right? What if that same skill was consistently seen in 90% of high performers in the average workplace? And if you learned that this skill was in high demand and short supply among hiring managers, you’d want to make sure you possessed and demonstrated this skill for sure! Welcome to the world of Emotional Intelligence. Attendees at this interactive presentation will learn what EQ is, what the dimensions of Emotional Intelligence are, and some strategies to improve one’s own EQ. Chris Fitzpatrick, alumnus and recruiter with Crestron, will facilitate this workshop.
