Free childbirth education series
Open to all expectant parents and community partners
Free Prenatal childbirth education to focus on a safe and healthy birth; respectful maternity care and regional resources to foster community. On three Thursdays,11/4. 11/11 & 11/18/21, 5;15-6:30 pm Free online three week prenatal Lamaze childbirth workshop open to expectant parents, and community partners. From stages of labor, comfort measures and recovering from childbirth, each workshop is centered in joy and justice for maternal justice and support to parenthood.
