I serve as the Victim Services and Compliance Manager at Montclair State University, leading the Office of Community Resilience and Officer Wellness. In this role, I provide trauma-informed advocacy and support for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking, while fostering a campus culture of safety, respect, and empowerment. I develop and oversee prevention programs, confidential victim services, and officer wellness initiatives that address mental health, resilience, and family support. My research focuses on improving social work practice for adults with developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health conditions, with an emphasis on wraparound services, training, and systemic reform.
