Paul Apicella is the University’s Director of Institutional Compliance and Title IX Coordinator. He is also the institution’s Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Officer. Paul is primarily responsible for overseeing the University’s response to issues of discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct, and ensuring the institution remains in compliance with related state, local, and federal laws. He has over a decade of experience working on institutional compliance efforts in both private practice and the higher education setting. Paul has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Arizona and a Juris Doctor from Temple University.
