Ariana Buchar has experience in conducting applied research and evaluation on a variety of education, public health, and human services projects across New Jersey. She supported the evaluation for the Newark-Montclair Urban Teacher Residency (NMUTR) and now the Urban Teacher Residency (UTR) throughout the entirety of her time at CREEHS. She has experience in program evaluation, project management, and qualitative methodology. She also has experience as a volunteer and teacher’s assistant working in early childhood education settings. Currently, at CREEHS, she manages multiple education projects aiming to improve teacher education initiatives at Montclair State University.
Ms. Buchar holds a Master of Arts in Counseling with a concentration in student affairs/higher education from Montclair State University.
