Profile
Antonella Calarota-Ninman is the Spanish language coordinator and an instructional specialist in Spanish at Montclair State University. She earned her B.A. in Foreign Languages at the University of Siena, Italy, a B.A. in Spanish Language and Literature at the University of Granada, Spain, and received her Ph.D. at the University of Madrid (UNED) in Latin American literature.
She teaches Spanish at all levels, as well as courses of Culture, Spanish for Heritage Speakers and Literature and she created the first online program for Spanish language courses. She is also the coordinator of the Study Abroad program in Madrid for Montclair State University for the Spanish and Latinos Studies Department.
Her interests are literature in Latin American countries during the Modernism, online teaching resources along with the use of technology in education and Digital Humanities.
