Lieutenant Frazier has dedicated 21 years of his career to law enforcement, serving with distinction here at Montclair State University Police Department. Over the course of more than two decades, he has built a reputation as a committed, dependable, and community-focused officer whose work has had a lasting impact on the University environment.
Beginning his career with a strong sense of duty, Lt. Frazier quickly adapted to the unique demands of policing within a University setting.
