Lisa Goldman is an innovative content creator, producer and educator specializing in developing shows with heart and humor, animated and live-action, across the family and children’s media landscape. A special trip to India changed Lisa’s life and inspired the creation of an Indian-themed animated preschool show called “Deepa & Anoop.” Lisa is proud to be a co-creator, writer and consultant on “Deepa & Anoop” that’s produced by Mattel and airing as a Netflix Original. This series received four Kidscreen Awards for “Best New Animated Preschool Series,” “Best Inclusivity Series,” “Best Music,” and “Best Voice Talent”! Dedicated to the NYC animation scene, Lisa was appointed by NYC’s past mayor to the NYC Animation Industry Council that advises The Animation Project (TAP). She is a past president of Women In Animation (WIA) NYC. Her dedication continues in educating, mentoring and networking creators in the animation/entertainment industry. She’s published articles in Animation Magazine and AWN.COM. Lisa is a co-founder of Tour de Forks, a culinary travel company based in New York City. AND when not doing all of this, she’s walking her fox terrier, Lulu, in Central Park!
