Angee Gonzalez-Bonilla joined the Grow NJ Kids (GNJK) Rating Team at CREEHS in 2025, bringing experience in early childhood education, bilingual family engagement, and data-informed practice.
Prior to joining CREEHS, Angee served as a public elementary and preschool teacher, where she supported diverse learners, used data to guide instruction, and built strong relationships with students and their families. She also supported family engagement across school communities, including contributing to clear and accessible family communications. Earlier in her career, she worked in purchasing management, where she developed strong organizational and operational skills.
At CREEHS, Angee supports the Classroom Observations Coordinator in implementing the GNJK observation process. Her work includes coordinating logistics, supporting Independent Raters, and assisting with processing and summarizing ratings.
She holds an M.Ed. in Teaching English as a Second Language, a B.A. in Family Science and Human Development, and an A.A. in Education.
