Dr. Heather Kugelmass is a Senior Research Associate at the Center for Research and Evaluation on Education and Human Services (CREEHS). She joined CREEHS with expertise in the design, management, and analysis of social science surveys and experiments. In addition to her experience managing evaluation and assessment in education, Heather has also conducted innovative research to uncover inequity in postsecondary education and in access to health care.
Heather earned a Ph.D. in Sociology from Princeton University and an M.A. in Quantitative Methods in the Social Sciences from Columbia University.
