Laureen LeFever has been an adjunct professor in the Communication and Theatre Departments for over 27 years at various colleges and universities in the tri-state area including MSU, Raritan Valley Community College, St. Francis College, St. Joseph's College and Marymount Manhattan where she taught Fundamentals of Speech, Public Speaking, Interpersonal Communication and Theatre. Aside from her teaching duties, she serves as the Executive Vice-President for Higher Education at AFT-NJ, Vice-President at The Council of New Jersey State Colleges and is the 1st Vice-President and Membership Chairperson of the AFT Montclair Adjunct Union Local 6025. Laureen is most proud of being a Mom to her daughter, Gabriela and their young puppy, Daisy.
