Bio

Yuanqing Li is an Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship of Department of Management in the Feliciano School of Business at Montclair State University. Yuanqing earned her Ph.D. in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship, as well as her MBA, from the University of Texas - Rio Grande Valley. Before joining Montclair State University, Yuanqing worked at Coastal Carolina University near Myrtle Beach, SC, and at Dominican University near Chicago, IL, where she has been an Assistant Professor since 2017 and was tenured in 2023. Her research interests include cross-cultural management, international entrepreneurship, behaviors of nascent entrepreneurs, sustainability, and crowdfunding. Her publications have appeared in management journals such as <i>Information & Management</i>, <i>Journal of Business Venturing Insights</i>, and <i>International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behavior & Research</i>. She has also published two book chapters and presented over thirty research papers at major management conferences.
