Maria Mera

Maria Mera has several years of experience working with healthcare, non-profit social services and education organizations to develop, deliver and evaluate multi-year, multi-faceted applied research projects and educational programs. She has focused on high-interest areas in healthcare disparities, community wellness, patient safety and engagement, effective communication services in healthcare settings and substance abuse disorders. Maria also served as an administrator at a K-12 private school in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Currently at CREEHS, she manages the planning and administration of the New Jersey Middle School Risk and Protective Factors Survey.

Maria holds a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Quantitative Methods (Epidemiology and Biostatistics) from the Rutgers School of Public Health.
