Nov 5, 2019 @1:00pm | The Growth of Transitional Justice: Gender, Art, and Memory

Posted in: Resources

In this edition of Wilson Center NOW host, John Milewski, speaks with Arnaud Kurze and Christopher Lamont, co-editors of the new book New Critical Spaces in Transitional Justice: Gender, Art & Memory. Gathering work from contributors in international law, political science, sociology, and history, New Critical Spaces in Transitional Justice addresses issues of space and time in transitional justice studies which have been increasingly applied to account for mass atrocities and grave human rights violations throughout the world. It explains new trends in responses to post-conflict and post-authoritarian nations and offers original empirical research to help define the field for the future.
