For immediate assistance regarding campus resources or concerns, contact one of our staff members through our live chat. Any and all questions pertaining to your academic progress or educational plan may only be answered by your Academic Advisor outside of this system.
Montclair State University uses Navigate to schedule undeclared student advising appointments. Follow the steps below to set up an appointment.
- Search for Navigate on the montclair.edu homepage. Click on the Navigate link and log into Navigate with your NetID and Password.
- Click on the “Make an appointment” button on the right-hand side of the web page.
- Select a date and time, then enter a reason a for your appointment and any other notes you would like your
advisor or instructor to be aware of and click submit.
- Pay close attention to the Zoom link provided in the appointment details.
Upon completion of the steps above, you will receive a confirmation for the appointment.
