Profile

Alexandra is the Web and Digital Media Manager for the College of the Arts and previously worked in the College of Education and Human Services and University Communications: Web Services. Her responsibilities include developing content for social media channels, web sites, newsletters, events, digital screens, and press releases.

Her past video project, "Monday Morning View," which she filmed, edited and produced, received an Award of Distinction from the Communicator Awards in 2012. The "Monday Morning View" featured video interview segments that asked questions to the campus community. She is also a recipient of a MarCom Award for web site design, a Red Ribbon Award for achieving division goals and an Iris Award from the International Association of Business Communicators: NJ Chapter.

Alexandra also was an adjunct professor in the Fashion Studies Department. Alexandra instructed ARTX321: Dress and Fashion History, ARTX308: Independent Study, and ARTX409: Internship in Fashion.

Specialization

Alexandrar recently completed a PhD in History & Culture at Drew University. Her areas of concentration are fashion history, graphic novels, and Victorian history.
