| The Office of Government Relations is responsible for initiating and coordinating the University's contact with both state and federal governmental entities.
The office monitors legislation and regulations that pertain to higher education. The office prepares position statements regarding legislative and regulatory initiatives and presents these statements to the appropriate officials. The office identifies federal and state fiscal resources for which the University may be eligible for funding, and coordinates and prepares the appropriate documents necessary to secure such funding.
