Xenia Morin, Ph.D. is the undergraduate program director for the agriculture and food systems major at Rutgers University.  She teaches the Introductory course and an advance topics course called “Feeding American’s Cities.”

About the Seminar

We all know that we’ll need more food for a growing world but much of that growth will happen in Africa and Asia.  In this talk, I’ll take a look at the challenges ahead and discuss how and why we must move to more sustainable practices.
