Profile
Wing Shan Ho is an Assistant Professor of Chinese at Montclair State University. Her research interests include Chinese film and media, modern Chinese literature, Gender Studies, Cultural Studies, and Disability Studies. She has published in Jump Cut: A Review of Contemporary Media, American Journal of Chinese Studies, Studies in the Humanities, and Feminist Media Studies. Her book Screening Post-1989 China: Critical Analysis of Chinese Film and Television discusses negotiation and control in the representation of subjectivities in Chinese film and television.
