All items can be picked up at the Student Center Service Desk on the 2nd floor of the Student Center.
Additional Information
- High Value Items – Items of high value will be held temporarily until they are turned over to the University Police Department on Friday mornings. Items without specific identification/identifying features will be donated or discarded as appropriate. High value items include, but not limited to:

Wallets (with or without ID)

Laptops or tablets

Cell phones
-
Car keys
-
Any item containing personal identification or sensitive information

- Low Value Items – Items of lower value such as notebooks, sun glasses, art materials, etc. will be disposed of after 30 days.
- Montclair State University IDs – Held temporarily. Returned to ID Card Office on Friday mornings.
- Weapons, illegal substances and prescription medication will be automatically turned over to the University Police Department.
- Clothing items, water bottles, and containers containing food are not accepted.
