Customize Your MBA
Your MBA should match your career vision. At the Feliciano School of Business, you can choose from nine in-demand concentrations — or pursue a General MBA — to build expertise in the field that excites you most.
If you want the broadest possible foundation, the General MBA gives you the flexibility to sharpen your skills across core areas of business without narrowing your focus to one specialty. This option allows you to develop as a well-rounded business leader, combining courses in management, finance, marketing, operations, and strategy. A General MBA is ideal if you’re seeking leadership roles that require oversight of multiple business functions, or if you want to keep your career options wide open. It’s also a smart choice for entrepreneurs who need to understand every piece of running a successful organization.
The Accounting concentration prepares you for leadership roles in auditing, financial reporting, and strategic financial management. You’ll dive into advanced accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory compliance while building the analytical skills to interpret financial data for high-stakes decision-making. This concentration is especially valuable if you’re pursuing CPA certification or plan to advance in corporate accounting, consulting, or nonprofit finance. With these skills, you’ll graduate ready to manage complex financial operations and provide trusted insight that drives organizational success.
The Business Analytics concentration teaches you how to transform data into strategy. You’ll gain experience with statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and data visualization — tools that help organizations make smarter, faster decisions. By learning how to interpret complex datasets, you’ll be prepared to guide businesses through uncertainty and identify opportunities for growth. Graduates of this concentration are well-suited for roles in business intelligence, consulting, or analytics leadership across industries like finance, healthcare, and technology.
With the Digital Marketing concentration, you’ll learn how to connect brands to audiences in today’s fast-changing digital landscape. Coursework covers digital marketing strategy, data privacy, influencer marketing, programmatic advertising, technology and analytics, preparing you to design marketing initiatives that deliver measurable results. You’ll develop both creative and analytical skills, giving you the edge to manage marketing teams, run data-informed campaigns, and adapt to evolving consumer behaviors. Graduates often pursue roles such as digital marketing manager, brand strategist, or social media director.
The Finance concentration provides the tools you need to manage investments, evaluate risk, and make strategic financial decisions that shape organizations. You’ll study corporate finance, capital markets, investment analysis, and financial strategy, preparing you for high-level roles in banking, investment management, or corporate finance departments. Whether your goal is to become a financial analyst, portfolio manager, or CFO, this concentration equips you to analyze opportunities, mitigate risk, and guide companies toward growth.
People are at the center of every successful organization. The Human Resource Management concentration prepares you to lead workforce strategy with courses in talent acquisition, employee engagement, labor relations, and organizational development. You’ll learn to create inclusive workplaces, design effective HR policies, and foster professional growth for employees at all levels. This concentration is ideal for those interested in careers as HR managers, talent development specialists, or organizational consultants — roles where you can shape company culture while driving business success.
Every organization relies on strong project leaders to turn vision into results. In the Project Management concentration, you’ll build skills in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation — as well as the leadership and communication techniques that keep teams on track. You’ll graduate ready to manage large-scale projects in industries like technology, construction, healthcare, and beyond. With these skills, you can pursue roles such as project manager, program manager, or operations director.
Behind every successful company is an efficient supply chain. The Supply Chain Management concentration gives you expertise in logistics, operations, procurement, and global distribution strategies. You’ll learn how to design and manage supply chains that balance efficiency with resilience — skills that are highly valued in industries from retail and manufacturing to healthcare and technology. Graduates of this concentration are prepared for careers as supply chain managers, logistics directors, or operations executives.
