Human resources is no longer just about payroll and benefits — it’s about using data to drive strategy. The M.S. in Human Resource Analytics at Montclair prepares you with the management, technical, and analytical skills to make informed HR decisions that improve organizational performance.

This 30-credit STEM-Designated Degree Program combines graduate-level coursework in HR management with intensive training in business analytics. You’ll learn to apply data-driven insights to workforce planning, talent management, and organizational strategy. The program culminates in a capstone practicum, where you’ll partner with an employer to solve real-world HR challenges.

Affordable and flexible, the program is designed to fit your schedule. No GRE or GMAT is required, and students who attend an information session qualify for an application fee waiver. Graduates step into a growing field — where average salaries in New Jersey exceed $100,000 — with skills that employers actively seek.
