Principle 4 of the Montclair State University Teaching Principles asks faculty to "evelop and teach courses through inclusion of content from multiple perspectives, considering diversity in all its forms, as understanding differing experiences is critical for all students’ deep learning." In this workshop faculty will be guided through strategies that help with the process of revising one's course content and pedagogy to increase inclusiveness.
