Charles Elliot

Chuck Elliott is currently serving as the Vice President for Information Technology & Chief Information Officer at Concord University, located in Athens, West Virginia.  He earned his Master of Science in Information Systems Technology degree, with a major in Management Information Systems, from The George Washington University in 2002.

He has more than 20 years of experience as an information technology leader in higher education. Courses taught include management information systems, project management, database management, and digital media. He has presented at national and regional conferences and his presentations include such topics as information security, project management, and technology strategies.  He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy having served 24 years on continuous active duty and retired at the rank of Chief Warrant Officer 3 (CWO3).
