Olympian gods: set design, "Il fuoco eterno"

This year’s Classics Day will feature a plenary session which takes you on a virtual field trip to Corinth, Greece, courtesy of the American School of Classical Studies Excavation!  In addition, there are breakout sessions on digital Classics, “spooky” Rome, mythological themes in Mozart’s Magic Flute, geoscience in the assessment of historic structures, the afterlife of Ovid’s tale of Daedalus and Icarus, and the gazie of Medusa!  Students and teachers are invited to join us by registering for this second virtual version of our annual Classics Day — and our thirty-first year! — Friday, October 29, 2021.  MSUClassicsDayProgram_2021_Final
