Room Reservations
Individuals attending the Spring Rate School must register for the meetings BEFORE reserving a room at the meetings hotel at the CESAC rate. Rooms in the CESAC hotel block are for CESAC Rate School registrants only. One reservation per registrant is allowed. Reservations by non-registrants or multiple hotel reservations are subject to immediate cancellation or rate change.
Reservations for the event will be made by the individual directly through the hotel reservation link. Additionally, reservations can also be made through the Marriott Toll Free number at 1-888-236-2427.
Payment for the reservation should be made using credit/debit card (All major credit cards are accepted)
Reservations must be received on or before Monday, April 6, 2026, (the “Cut-Off Date”).

Hotel rate is $139 per night. Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 14.625%) in effect at the time of check-out.
*NOTE: The Group is NJ Sales Tax Exempt but since guests are paying on their own for the rooms, the NJ State Sales Tax and all other taxes will apply for the guest rooms which is a total of 14.625%.
Attendees are responsible for making their own travel and hotel arrangements.
