Join us for a weekend filled with fun, connection and special moments as you experience campus life. Whether it’s your family’s first visit or returning, we can’t wait to welcome you!

Registration has closed. You and your family are still welcome to attend events across campus, however access to free food at select events is limited to those who registered.

Thursday, April 23
Donate to One Day for Montclair!
- Stop by the Bookstore: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., Student Center, Bookstore.
- Family Weekend Check In: 12-4:30 p.m., Student Center, Quad.
- World’s Fair Day: 12-2:30 p.m., Outside Cole Hall & Amphitheater.
Friday, April 24
- Student Research Symposium: 8 a.m. – 2:15 p.m., University Hall, 7th Floor Conference Center. View the Full Schedule!
- Discover the innovative work of Montclair students as they present research projects across a wide range of disciplines.
- Stop by the Bookstore: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m., Student Center, Bookstore.
- Family Weekend Check In: 12-7:30 p.m., Student Center, Quad.
- Montclair Baseball vs. Ramapo: 3:30 p.m., Yogi Berra Stadium.
- Tickets are available at the gate, $10 for adults; $5 for senior citizens, non-Montclair and Bloomfield students, and veterans. Children under 12 are free.
- Campus History Tour: 3:30-4:30 p.m., Outside of Kasser Theater. Registration Required!
- Montclair Softball vs. TCNJ: 3:30 p.m. & 5:30 p.m., Softball Field. Free Admission.
- Greek Showcase: 5-7 p.m., Amphitheater.
- Experience the spirit, pride and tradition of Montclair’s fraternities and sororities at this high-energy showcase. Watch student performances, learn about Greek life on campus and celebrate the leadership, service and community that make these organizations such an important part of the Montclair experience.
- Free Family Swim Night: 5-9:45 p.m., Student Recreation Center, Pool.
- Family Beach Blanket Bingo: 7-9 p.m., Student Center, Quad. Bring your own blanket or lawn chair & get comfortable!
- University Wind Symphony Concert: 7:30 p.m., Alexander Kasser Theater
Saturday, April 25 – Rain Plan in Effect

- Family Weekend Check In: 9 a.m. – 7:30 p.m., Student Center, Lobby.
- Breakfast Buffet: 9:30-11:30 a.m., Student Center, Cafe. Drop by anytime for a bite!
- Montclair Flag Football vs. Sacred Heart University: 12-3 p.m., Sprague Field. Free Admission.
- Discover Montclair – Student Expo Street Fair: 1-3 p.m., Student Center, Ballrooms.
- Celebrate the creativity and energy of Montclair at this lively outdoor street fair featuring our favorite DJ, tabling from a variety of clubs, organizations and departments, student entrepreneurs & more! Experience the talent that makes our campus community shine.
- Meet Pebbles the Pupscot: 1-3 p.m., Student Center, Red Hawk Nest.
- Silent Headphone Family Party: 2:30-4 p.m., Bloomfield campus, Westminster Hall, Room 103.
- Montclair Flag Football vs. Wagner College: 3 p.m., Sprague Field. Free Admission.
- 1908 Happy Hour: 4-6 p.m., Student Center, 1908 Pub.
- Unwind at 1908 Pub with a family-friendly trivia night, pizza and refreshments. Test your knowledge, enjoy great company and relax in one of campus’ favorite gathering spots during this fun afternoon social.
- Sunset Social: 6:30-8:30 p.m., Student Center, Ballrooms.
- BBQ, live music, & more! It’s the perfect way to connect, laugh and make lasting Family Weekend memories together.
- Vocal Accord, University Singers & Orchestra Concert: 8 p.m., Alexander Kasser Theater.
Sunday, April 26
- Grab & Go Closing Breakfast: 10 a.m. – 12 p.m., Student Center, Cafe. Drop by anytime for a bite!
- Before heading home, stop by for a light breakfast featuring pastries, coffee, tea and more. Swing through, grab a bite and wrap up Family Weekend with one last moment together on campus.
- University Jazz Ensemble Concert: 3 p.m., Alexander Kasser Theater.
Campus Map & Parking
Free parking Friday, April 24 – Sunday, April 26. Available parking in CarParc Diem, Red Hawk Deck or any Commuter Lots. View Parking Map for Details.
- Thursday, April 23: Park in Red Hawk Deck & receive a parking voucher at check-in.
- Sunday, April 26: Red Hawk Parking Deck gates close at 1 p.m. Stop by the Saturday check-in tent to receive a parking voucher if you plan to stay further!
- Any parking violations may result in a parking citation.
