Bookstore

The bookstore campus location is reopening Monday, June 22, 2020. The store hours will be Monday – Thursday, 10am -2pm. Their online website remains open and providing a full line of services.

Dining

All Dining Operations are closed for the summer. Vending still available at the Student Center. See Student Center for hours of operation.

Loaner Laptops

In light of the COVID-19 circumstances, we are making laptop loaners available to you for Summer Session courses (first session beginning Monday, May 18). View Summer Session Calendar.

Remember that you can use a laptop, desktop, tablet or smartphone to access Canvas to complete your work. There is a Canvas mobile application in the Apple App Store and Google Play. If you have access to any of these technologies, please do not request a loaner laptop as the University has a limited supply.

If you require a loaner laptop to complete your Summer Session coursework online, please contact the IT Service Desk at (973) 655-7971, opt. 1 to schedule an appointment to pick one up.

Please Note: You must wear a face covering during your appointment. The laptop will only be loaned for the duration of your Summer Session course.

Postal and Warehouse Services

Postal Service hours of operation will be Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. Departments can pick up mail and parcels from our area during this time. All arrangements previously made with departments regarding deliveries and Pickups will continue. A mask is required for Postal Services.

All University incoming and outgoing mail functions will continue as normal. Student packages can also be picked up from postal services during this time. For student convenience, it is recommended to use the Amazon Lockers for any new Amazon orders placed. Only the two outdoor Amazon Lockers are available during the summer (Pigtail & Corvus).

Red Hawk Central

We may be working remotely at this time in response to COVID-19, but support for your needs concerning registration, financial aid, billing and any other aspects of your account remains our team’s TOP priority. During Summer 2020, our virtual hours of operation are Monday – Thursday (8 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.). If you have any questions or concerns, our team is ready to assist you via:.

Sprague Library

While the building is closed, Sprague Library is ready to provide online support to the campus community. View: Sprague Library COVID-19 Response Guide.

Student Center

The Student Center is currently open Monday-Thursday from 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

 

Other Buildings

The majority of buildings will be locked and access will be restricted only to employees who need to enter for essential purposes. Student support services are still available remotely, during regular office hours. Please visit their websites for contact information.

All other campus buildings other than the ones listed on this page (except for select residential halls housing students) are closed until further notice.

Social Distancing and Appropriate Protective Actions Are Required.

All persons who remain on campus are required to follow the established guidelines to prevent spreading the virus. Adherence to the guidelines is not optional; it is mandatory. Stay at least six feet away from other people.
